APPT Main Event Enters Critical Day as Day 1C and Day 1D Take Center Stage
August 8 marks one of the busiest days of APPT Manila 2026, with the Main Event moving through its final two starting flights.
Day 1C is scheduled for noon, followed by Day 1D at 7 p.m., giving players their final opportunities to enter the ₱80,000 Main Event before registration closes.
The timing creates a significant transition in the festival. Earlier championship events such as the APPT National, Red Dragon and APPT Open have already crowned their winners, leaving the Main Event as the principal title still to be decided.
The Main Event guarantee stands at ₱60 million, while the overall APPT Manila festival has more than ₱132 million in guaranteed prize pools across its schedule.
Saturday’s schedule is not limited to the Main Event. Players can also enter the ₱100,000 Mystery Bounty High Roller, ₱150,000 APPT High Roller Qualifier and several other side events. A players’ food pass is also scheduled around the Main Event’s Flight D break.
With Day 2 scheduled for Sunday, August 9, the festival is now entering its decisive weekend.
The final starting flight is expected to determine the full field that will return for the next stage of the championship.
