The renowned Irish Open is making its Australian debut with Irish Open Sydney 2026, a 15-day poker festival set to take place at Poker Palace from August 31 to September 14, 2026.

The inaugural Sydney edition will feature more than 40 tournaments and close to A$2 million in guaranteed prize money, giving players a diverse schedule of events across a range of buy-ins and formats.

The centerpiece of the festival is the A$1 million guaranteed Main Event, joined by several major tournaments including the A$500,000 Mini Irish Open, Lucky 8’s, and the Sydney Poker Open.

With a packed championship schedule and the arrival of one of poker’s most recognizable tournament brands on Australian soil, Irish Open Sydney 2026 is set to bring a new chapter of Irish Open history to the Sydney poker scene.
